Job Requirement
- Minimum of a diploma in technical courses relevant to county services (e.g., Accounting, Public Administration, finance, Business administration or Information Technology etc).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.

- Adaptability to changing processes and systems.
Job Responsibilities
Customer Support:
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding revenue services and processes.
- Provide information about fees, charges, and payment options.
- Accurately input revenue-related data into the financial management system.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Process and file documents related to revenue collection, including receipts and payment confirmations.
- Ensure all documentation is compliant with relevant policies and procedures.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with revenue collection policies and regulations.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and data.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on revenue collection metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with other team members and departments to streamline revenue processes.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance service delivery.
