Dear Sir/ Madam,
I would be very interested in applying for the position of customer care in your company. I have had a solid background in customer service and thoroughly enjoy talking to different customers. I feel that I would make a good representative in your company for the customers and I’m sure that my communication skills are my biggest strength.
I have had cases in the past which have been quite difficult to deal with but I have always dealt with these effectively and always know when to escalate a problem that cannot be resolved at my level. I am not deterred by rude customers and do my utmost to try to make the situation calmer for all concerned.
I am a very organized and determined person who likes working in a busy customer service environment. In the past I have made some of my own targets for work, which always ensures that customers are treated as well as they can and that they do not have any complaints about our company.
