Collins Kaisa Obanda

As an IT graduate with a passion for technology and a drive for innovation, I bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to the world of information technology. My journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in IT, where I honed my expertise in areas such as software development, network administration, and cybersecurity.

During my academic journey, I had the opportunity to work on various projects that allowed me to gain hands-on experience in solving real-world IT challenges. These experiences not only enhanced my technical skills but also fostered my problem-solving abilities and teamwork.

On my attachment at Invest and Grow Sacco where I have had the privilege to work on cutting-edge IT projects. My responsibilities have included   

Installation of computer softwares i.e Mendeley, Wireshark and hardware devices i.e Printers, Monitors, CPUs
Devices driver installations

Testing of installed hardware devices

Network packet analysis using Wireshark
Maintenance and cleaning of PCs, Printers etc

Developing of Cat 5 cables using Straight-Through wiring,
Cross-over wiring and Roll-over wiring

  where I consistently strive for excellence and demonstrate my dedication to delivering high-quality solutions.

I’m an advocate for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest trends in the IT industry. I am excited to be a part of the ever-evolving technology landscape and look forward to contributing my expertise to drive innovation, solve complex problems, and make a meaningful impact.

Outside of work, I am learning animation using blender which further fuels my creativity and problem-solving skills.
