as a Project Manager and Remote Training Specialist, I bring a unique blend of technical expertise,

business solutions. I am passionate about pushing the boundaries of innovation in Electrical and

Spearheaded in defining the product roadmap and vision, identifying opportunities to innovate
and drive value for our customers, partners, and colleagues
• Led across the entire product lifecycle, from research and requirements to working with
designers, engineers, sourcing, supply chain, and production teams, to user testing, to
measuring impact and optimizing
• Oversaw the end-to-end customer and user journeys across functional and solution
boundaries to ensure their experience was compelling, coherent, and consistent
• Helped develop strong partnerships with business teams and partners and empathy for
customers, creating continuous feedback loops that allow the company to understand their
pain points better.

Remote Training Specialist - January 2020 to MAY 2022 -
Created engaging training materials while conducting live virtual sessions and providing
ongoing support to ensure the seamless integration of remote work practices.
• Worked on various projects, which included bee lidar, bear, falcon, dragon fruit, goat, and
alquequenje. I have also worked as a super reviewer trainee for Bee Lida.
• Took charge of managing a team and ensuring they understood the intricacies of what went
on in Remotasks daily.
• Assisted learners by helping them learn the ropes in some of Remotasks’ more complex
projects and giving them better earning and working opportunities.
• Collaborated with internal teams, such as supporting and operational teams, to design and
develop the SOP curriculum.
• Notified the Training Department when changes are made to the operational processes and
standardized on the SOPs.
• Modified and created training programs and manuals to meet specific training needs and goals.
