Eunice Akhabetsa is a Hotelier by profession. Hospitality is about treating people who are away from home temporarily with friendliness, courtesy, care and concern. She thrives well in this kind of environment because she likes taking care of other people by meeting and exceeding customers expectations.

Her career began in 2012 when she joined University of Nairobi to pursue a course in Hospitality management. She thrives to be the best and thereby she graduated in 2016 and was awarded a first class honours. 

In 2017 she landed a job at Imagine Africa Safaris as a Tours consultant. Being passionate about customer service, she served all the customer in a courteous and friendly manner while handling the tour packages, preparing the client itineraries as well as providing the meet and greet services. The job as tour consultant ended in Feb 2019 due to the covid 19 pandemic that swept away the business.

In March 2021 she landed a job with Interstrat Limited as a customer service attendant the job she passionately adores. Serving customers. She believes in a slogan, a satisfied customer is a happy customer thus a repeat customer. Her skills include: communication skills, strong client focus, attention to detail, problem solving skills, a team player and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

She prides herself in her ability to meet challenges head on as well as looking for new innovative ways to resolve any issues that may arise as well as working under pressure to deliver quality results. She is an all rounded and flexible person who can work alone and as part of a team.
