During the work period. I was exposed to the following key related areas.
REGISTRATION SECTION
1. Registration of new NHIF members in the system
2. Scanning of members passport photos
3. Perform duties at customer care area
4. Photo merging of NHIF Electronic photo cards.
5. Capturing of members/ dependents in the system.
6. Amending members form’s in the system both manually and through the system.
PROCUREMENT SECTION
1. Receiving new purchased products
2. Distribution of daily used items in the office daily.
3. Receive, unload and shelve supplies and products
4. Returning, packing, labeling of items
5. Maintaining clear and organized record to ensure reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
6. Responsible for the day to day check on the storage facilities for upkeeps and hygiene.
7. Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect goods/ items.
8. Ensure cleanliness of all areas in the office.
9. Ensure all store requisition are signed by concerned department heads
10. Ensure the quality requested and the quality issued always matches.

12. Conducting inventory auditing to determine inventory levels and needs. And many more store related responsibilities.

On September 2016, I was admitted at Kibabii university and enrolled to do Bachelors of commerce and specified in Procurement and supply chain management, during that period, I embarked in different tasks in school and attended different procurement students body associations of which I acquired various experience through training of which enabled me sharpen my procurement course. I completed my course in 5 years and was awarded a Bachelors degree in Procurement and supply chain management on the year 2021.

The year 2012 I was enrolled at Gogo sec school for secondary school education, During the period of four years, I managed to go through normal secondary school education and completed the year 2015 by doing a KNEC exam as stipulated by the ministry of education for a normal Kenya secondary school student. As a result of it, I manage to get a C+ grade and proceeded to higher education the following year.
