I have mastered laboratory techniques like media preparation, aseptic handling of plant, microbial, and fungal cultures, and identification and characterization of microbial colonies from samples of food contact surfaces, and food samples such as milk, and meat. Lastly I have been able to carry out projects such as tissue culture of peas, common beans, and the African Violet, mushroom growing, and isolation and characterization of bacteria prevalent on food contact surfaces.
