I am a dedicated team player, proactive planner, safety focused driver, hands on task in completion and works to increase success of the company.
I have previously worked as a customer service representative and driver for a local business, gaining the social skills to interact with the clients and as well coordinate with my fellow colleagues to successfully meet the team’s needs. I have a broad understanding on the roads and the traffic rules and regulations as per the laws of the country. A clean driving record with no prior accidents or traffic cases pending nor closed. I also utilized my communication skills and personal demeanor to facilitate positive relations with both the clients and fellow employees.
As I progressed my career international, I had the opportunity to work as cab driver where I was able to maintain a detail understanding of proposed traffic rules and regulations, utilized gps navigation systems, Warmly interact with clients to provide a welcoming environment and smooth journey. I was able to gain knowledge using the mobile transport systems like Careem, Uber and Zofeur, raising my ratings through the period.
Whilst still progressing my social, professional skills and career I also worked as a Valet driver under contract agreement where I was able to learn about keeping records of cars and parking locations, interact with clients and support the physically challenged to enter or exit the vehicle, help with personal luggage, and customer service etiquette.
I also had the privilege to be selected as an operations supervisor plus buggy driver and executive customer representative at the Dubai Expo 2020,where my main role was to enforce company policy compliance in order to improve both client safety and employees readiness. I was responsible for accessing and maintaining vehicles by regular check ups, ensure they were spotless clean for customer comfort, on time discharge of employees in order to perform their duties successfully and efficiently with minimal complaints, complications and maximum customer happiness to maintain the company’s image and maximize on ratings and profits. Mainly was to assess operations performance, develop initiatives for the easy flow of daily process.
