OFFICE ASSISTANT

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

  •  Providing administrative support, organizing and maintaining office materials and documents, handling data entry tasks, managing communication (phone calls, emails, correspondence), record-keeping, ordering supplies, coordinating meetings and events, assisting with document preparation, and providing general support to colleagues and clients.

REQUIREMENTS

  •  Diploma in Business, Front office or equivalent
  •  1 year + relevant experience
