We’re on the lookout for talented individuals to join us at our Big Square Nyali (Mombasa) Branch.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Nutrition/Dietetics, or Food Science/Production.
2. Minimum one year experience
3. Knowledge of food serving, sanitation, and safety.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain food quality and safety; perform sanitary measures and proper food storage.
2. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment; keep restaurant clean and safe.
3. Adhere to specified recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
4. Efficiently prepare food items following health standards.
5. Oversee kitchen opening/closing, equipment management, and waste disposal.
