Creditinfo CRB Kenya Ltd is a leading Credit Reference Bureau dedicated to providing accurate and reliable credit information services.

We are looking for a versatile individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent and Office Administrator. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations and delivering exceptional customer service experiences. You will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks while providing prompt and courteous assistance to our clients.

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Candidate Requirements:

  • A diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field is required, although a degree is preferred.
  • 2- 3 years experience in customer service and administrative support, preferably in the banking, finance, insurance, or telecommunication industries.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
