Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Graduate Trainee HR Officer to join our esteemed team at a leading beverage, food, and ingredients company. This role offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to kick-start their career in Human Resources within a dynamic and innovative industry. As a Graduate Trainee HR Officer, you will receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience in various HR functions, providing a solid foundation for professional growth and development.


  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
  • Assist in employee relations matters, including addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on HR-related issues.
  • Contribute to performance management activities, including goal-setting, performance appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
  • Assist in organizing and facilitating training and development programs for employees, including orientation sessions, skills training, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Support HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing HR-related documents and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and HR colleagues to support HR initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Previous internship or work experience in HR or related field is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
