Vacancy Description
Shopit Kenya are looking for a proactive impact-focused Accounts Intern.
Job Responsibilities.
- Financial reporting.
- Ensure timely filing of tax returns.
- Manage payables records
- Ensure timely preparation of an accurate daily report.
- Defend the company by ensuring viability of trades prior to approval.
- Client credit management.
- Ensure the prompt and accurate allocation of invoice payments through the various modes of payment.
- Prepare periodic financial reconciliation reports.
- Archive trade related documents received.
Job Requirements.
- Must be proficient in oral AND written English.
- Must be a proficient computer and internet user.
- Must be willing to work six days a week (Monday-Saturday).
- Must be responsible and possess a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Must be self disciplined and have a strong sense of urgency.
- Must have certification in either CPA, ACCA or KATC.
