We currently have an exciting career opportunity for Digital Factory Interns (4). The position holders will report to the Head of Digital Factory and will be based at our Head Office in Nairobi.

Role Purpose

The role holders will play a vital role in supporting various projects that are driving our digital transformation agenda. They will have the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects such as One Jubilee and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), helping deliver cutting-edge digital solutions that enhance business operations and customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the development and implementation of digital solutions as part of the One Jubilee and RPA projects.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and process improvements.
  3. Provide support in the analysis, design, and deployment of digital tools and platforms.
  4. Participate in project meetings, contributing ideas and solutions to advance the Changamk@ initiative.
  5. Gain exposure to the latest trends in digital transformation and automation technologies.

Key Competencies and Skills:

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Basic Robotics skills and knowledge are an added advantage.
  3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
