Field Sales Representative

Working hours and days: Monday to Friday (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.).
Possible start date: January 2025.
Remuneration: Net salary 15,000 Kshs + Commissions.
Reporting lines: Team Leader.
Working conditions: Hybrid.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Engaging with potential customers and introducing our services in construction sites, apartments, and other relevant areas. The main focus will be on getting the landlords or their representatives as potential customers.
• Building relationships that drive long-term business growth.
• Meeting sales targets and contributing to the team’s success.
• Working both independently and as part of a supportive team.
• Share quality reports to show progress.

Required Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Ability

• A diploma in sales, marketing, digital marketing, or any other relevant field.
• At least 2 years experience in a sales role or door-to-door marketing (preference being in real estate but open to other industries).
• Tech-savvy.
• Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
• Self-motivated and driven.
• A customer-focused and goal-oriented mindset. Must be able to build customer relationships, and follow up on leads.
• Ability to identify prospects, ensure customer satisfaction, and constantly seek new opportunities to drive business growth.
• Strong communication skills.
• Presentable.
