The IT/Digital Trainee manage online client interactions, address inquiries, escalate leads to the Sales Manager, and use digital platforms to enhance engagement and drive sales, ensuring all qualified leads are recorded in the CRM system for tracking and conversion.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Education and Experience: Completed a degree/diploma in IT, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior internship experience in IT/digital roles is required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems for lead management and tracking.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Basic understanding of analytics tools for engagement tracking.
