Operations Intern

eMobilis is seeking to recruit recent graduates from diverse academic backgrounds who have completed modules offered by the Ajira Program for exciting internship opportunities at the HQ. The internship will offer the successful applicants hands-on experience and get experiential learning opportunities that will support their academic, professional and personal development. The internships are available for a duration of 3 to 6 months.

Summary of the Role:

We are looking for a graduate who has done any of Ajira’s modules to assist the Operations Lead in overseeing the operations of the Ajira Program and ensure that all trainings and activities take place in accordance with the Ajira Digital procedures.

Roles and responsibilities :

• Creating zoom links for the Basic and Advance Modules, Regional Webinar and Ajira Club Webinar.
• Organizing and coordinating accommodation for trainers.
• Replying to queries both on email and phone.
• Sending Training links through bulk sms.
• Preparing for E- Cards to staff for various incidences.
• Compiling the transport reimbursement for trainers.
• Assist in Managing the daily Operational logistics of the Ajira Program at eMobilis.
• Assist in Procurement process for all supplies and services.
• Assist in maintenance of the program assets and tracking of program expenses.
• Any other duty within your capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma/Certificate in related field.
• Has completed any of Ajira’s module.
