Environment and Social Governance Internship

The company is also actively pursuing new opportunities which are emerging from the energy transition, including desalination projects powered by renewables, as well as green hydrogen and ammonia projects.

Globeleq is now seeking to recruit an Environmental and Social Governance (ESG) Intern to be based at our Malindi Solar Power Plant in Langobaya, Malindi Subcounty.

Reporting To: Social Manager and HSE Officer

This is a 10-month internship from 01st March to 31st December 2025.

Requirements

• A degree or diploma in Community Development or Social studies or Health and safety related field from a recognized institution.
•  Graduated or finished his/her course within the last three years.
•  Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
•  Good knowledge of MS Office software.
•  Ability to work in a team with minimal supervision.
•  Strong interpersonal skills.
•  Good work ethic with attention to details, and analytical skills.
•  A valid police clearance certificate.
