Kenya Power Pension Fund provides benefits and pension for all permanent and pensionable employees of Kenya Power, Kenya Electricity Transmission Co. Ltd, and Nuclear Power and Energy Agency upon retirement, and where applicable, benefits for the dependents of deceased members.

Applications are invited for the following Internship positions.

HUMAN RESOURCE – INTERN

Under the direct supervision of the Human Resource Officer the intern will:

• Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• Maintaining employee records, ensuring they are accurate and up-todate.
• Coordinating training sessions, workshops, or seminars for employees, and tracking attendance and feedback.
• Assisting in Performance Appraisal process
• Handling administrative tasks related to employee relations.
• Generating HR reports on key metrics like turnover rates, recruitment statistics, and training participation.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations and maintaining HR files accordingly.
• Providing general administrative support to the HR team, such as managing correspondence, scheduling meetings.

Education

• Applicants must at the time of application have graduated with Bachelor’s degree
