Our client, a leading company in the branding sector, is seeking to recruit a Receptionist/Front Office Assistant. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage front office operations, including handling correspondence and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, book conference rooms, and ensure meeting areas are set up appropriately.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
  • Support the sales and customer service teams by providing necessary information to clients.
  • Maintain records of visitors and ensure adherence to security and safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front office assistant, or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of basic administrative and clerical procedures.
