About Company

As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth business operations in the branding and promotional merchandise industry. Your responsibilities will span across digital marketing, client engagement, order fulfillment, sales tracking, and stock management. This role is ideal for someone with a mix of creativity, organizational skills, and a passion for branding and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Brand Promotion:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and drive sales.
- Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and run targeted ad campaigns.
- Optimize online presence, including website updates, SEO, and paid promotions.
- Track marketing performance and provide data-driven insights.
Sales & Customer Engagement:
- Identify and engage potential clients, both online and in-person, to promote branding solutions.
- Provide customized branding and promotional product recommendations based on client needs.
- Process orders, prepare quotations, and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate deals, and close sales.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Order Fulfillment & Inventory Management:
- Coordinate order processing, ensuring timely production and delivery of branded merchandise.
- Maintain accurate stock records, monitor inventory levels, and update management systems.
- Work with suppliers and production teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
Store & Workspace Organization:
- Keep the office, showroom, and product display areas clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Ensure branding samples and promotional materials are readily available for customer presentations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or branding.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Comfortable working with CRM and inventory management systems.
- A passion for branding, promotional products, and creative marketing solutions.
