About the Opportunity:
We are excited to recruit a Human Resource Intern on behalf of our client to support day-to-day HR and recruitment operations. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate and ambitious individual with a background in Human Resource Management to grow their career in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
The successful candidate will work remotely and submit weekly progress reports, while gaining real-world HR experience and exposure to client-facing tasks. This internship is designed to lead into a full-time position after three months based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
โข Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, shortlisting and candidate communication.
โข Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records.
โข Draft and edit HR documents including job adverts, interview invites and feedback forms.
โข Participate in virtual meetings and support HR strategy planning.
โข Prepare weekly reports on HR activities and recruitment progress.
โข Communicate effectively with clients and candidates as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
โข A diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
โข Little to no prior experience required – we are looking for someone eager to learn and grow.
โข Excellent written and spoken English communication skills – clear, professional and engaging.
โข A vibrant personality with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
โข Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
โข Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
โข Access to a computer/laptop and stable internet connection.
