REQUIREMENTS
- A diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is required.
- Enthusiastic about travel, Kenyan destinations, and creating unforgettable experiences for clients.
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally in both spoken and written English and Kiswahili.
- Comfortable using email, social media, Google Workspace, and reservation or booking platforms.
- Capable of working independently in a hybrid setup, managing time well, and handling tasks with minimal supervision.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and social media; guide clients through package options, customizations, and bookings.
- Assist in developing and organizing travel itineraries, including transport, accommodation, park visits, and activities.
- Research and recommend unique, exciting destinations and experiences to enhance Safari Zuru’s offerings.
- Handle reservation logistics, maintain booking records, and follow up with clients to ensure smooth experiences.
- Collaborate with the team to generate content, share travel tips, and promote packages online
