Job Summary

Seeking a nurturing, dependable caregiver for young children (0-4 years) in a full-time, in-residence daycare setting. The role includes hands-on childcare, developmental support, hygiene routines, and emotional care in a structured, loving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Age-Appropriate Care; Feeding, diapering, sleep, and developmental activities, Toddlers: Toilet training, language development, guided play, Preschoolers: Early learning (literacy, numbers, storytelling)
• Routine ,Supervision Hygiene & Safety-Manage dally schedules (meals, naps, learning, outdoor play),Ensure active supervision and respond to health/emotional needs, Maintain high hygiene standards and follow safety protocols
• Learning & Development-Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities, track and document developmental milestones
• EmotionalSupport and Communication-Foster a secure, nurturing environment,Support emotional regulation and social behavior, Maintain logs communicate with parents and Participate in planning, training, and safeguarding briefings

Qualifications and Skills

• Certificate/Diploma in ECD, Childcare, Caregiving or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in CCI, Daycare or School setting (0-5 years age group)
• Pediatric First Aid & CPR (or willing to be trained)
• Familiarity with Christian values is a plus
• Applicants must be 33 years of age or older.
• Warm, patient, adaptable Strong communication and organization
• Leadership, training ability, Physically active and mentally resilient
