Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
  • Provide information about Softech services and bootcamps.
  • Maintain records of client interactions and feedback.
  • Support the sales and training team in follow-ups.
  • Assist with online community management.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English and Swahili.
  • Basic computer and internet skills.
  • Friendly, patient, and willing to learn.
