We are looking for a sharp, highly-<\/span>organised<\/span>\u00a0Operations Intern to support our Kenya ride-hailing operations.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span>You will be responsible for the daily functions that are at the core of the business locally where your work will have a direct impact on supply growth, quality and compliance.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Your daily adventures will include:<\/h4>\n

Onboard and\/or train new drivers to Bolt\u2019s\u00a0platform.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Verify, maintain,\u00a0organise\u00a0and audit driver and vehicle\u00a0documentation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Respond to driver issues over\u00a0phone\u00a0or\u00a0email\u00a0and\u00a0via\u00a0Zendesk.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Find resolutions to driver issues and\u00a0questions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Work closely with the local operations teams to streamline relevant\u00a0processes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Support the local operations teams in local initiatives that contribute to supply growth, quality and\u00a0compliance.<\/p>\n
