    • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to software or network connectivity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Issue Resolution:<\/strong>\n

      • Investigate and analyze technical problems, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.<\/li>\n
      • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Documentation:<\/strong>\n

        • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including troubleshooting steps and solutions.<\/li>\n
        • Contribute to knowledge base articles to assist customers and internal teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Communication:<\/strong>\n

          • Communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner to both technical and non-technical users.<\/li>\n
          • Keep customers informed of the status and progress of their technical support requests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • Product Knowledge:<\/strong>\n

            • Stay updated on product features, enhancements, and updates.<\/li>\n
            • Provide training to customers on the effective use of products and services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
            • Quality Assurance:<\/strong>\n

              • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate technical support.<\/li>\n
              • Participate in quality assurance activities to enhance overall support effectiveness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
              • Collaboration:<\/strong>\n

                • Collaborate with internal teams, including development and quality assurance, to resolve complex technical issues.<\/li>\n
                • Provide feedback on product improvements based on customer interactions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                • Continuous Learning:<\/strong>\n

                  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in technical support.<\/li>\n
                  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                  • Feature Testing<\/strong><\/li>\n

                    • Get involved in the testing phase of new features before they are availaled to clients\u00a0.<\/li>\n
                    • Provide recommendations on enhancements that can be made to features based on client interactions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                    • Web Design Using Olitt<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      • \n
                          \n
                        • Use Olitt to design websites per clients requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                          Qualifications:<\/h3>\n
                            \n
                          • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.<\/li>\n
                          • Experience with FrontEnd technologies such as ReactJS and CSS frameworks like Bootstrap, Tailwinds<\/li>\n
                          • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n
                          • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n
                          • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.<\/li>\n
                          • Available to work 24\/7 with one day off in the week(night and day shift.)<\/li>\n
                          • Able to perform other roles as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
