to understand hiring needs and job specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Employee Onboarding and Development:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct onboarding programs that introduce new hires to the company culture and values.<\/li>\n<li>Organize training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage mentorship programs to foster employee growth and retention.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Performance Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in performance appraisal systems and processes.<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance and support on performance management issues.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in setting and tracking individual and team performance goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Employee Engagement and Culture:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team-building events, and company retreats.<\/li>\n<li>Promote a positive work environment through initiatives that align with the company's values and culture.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to assess satisfaction and areas for improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>HR Operations and Compliance:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage HR documentation, including employee records, contracts, and benefits administration.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in developing and update HR policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Conflict Resolution and Employee Relations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a mediator for resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.<\/li>\n<li>Provide support and advice on employee relations issues.<\/li>\n<li>Foster open communication channels between employees and management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation and Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in developing competitive professional.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor's degree, Higher Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
