KCA University seeks to recruit a candidate to fill the following position at KCA University Professional and Technical Training Institute.<\/p>\n<h2>COOK - TRAINING CAFETERIA (1 POSITION)<\/h2>\n<h4>JOB OBJECTIVE<\/h4>\n<p>The cook in the student training cafeteria shall be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and assembly of menu items according to established recipes and guidelines. The job holder shall be a master trainer to apprentice cooks, supervise kitchen operations, and in conjunction with the trainers facilitate experiential learning.<\/p>\n<h3>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Food Preparation: assembling ingredients for recipes according to the menus.
