{"id":777117,"date":"2025-01-02T15:00:40","date_gmt":"2025-01-02T12:00:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/campusbiz.co.ke\/careers\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=777117"},"modified":"2025-06-19T00:08:40","modified_gmt":"2025-06-18T21:08:40","slug":"777117-java-house-africa-customer-relations-assistant-nairobi","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/campusbiz.co.ke\/careers\/?post_type=job_listing&p=777117","title":{"rendered":"Customer Relations Assistant"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that internal customers (all branches) have been catered for in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Keep, and update customer's data base- External customers<\/li>\n<li>Management of communication correspondence with a view of resolving all administrative problems by analyzing information; identifying and communicating solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Collect and share the insights to enable the organization remain agile.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Administrative tasks related to communications and\/or event planning<\/li>\n<li>Support the other functions needs as and when required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>QUALIFICATIONS<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma in Marketing \/ Business Administration\/ Public Relations would be desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in ICT Systems Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>EXPERIENCE<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written skills in English<\/li>\n<li>2 years working as part of a team with proven working experience in Customer Service<\/li>\n<li>Experience of working in an FMCG environment.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of the manufacturing, warehouse and distribution operations.<\/li>\n<li>Certification in Customer Service would be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with CRM systems and practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":777121,"template":"","meta":{"_seopress_robots_primary_cat":"","_seopress_titles_title":"","_seopress_titles_desc":"","_seopress_robots_index":"","_promoted":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_job_salary_unit":"","_job_how_to_apply":"<p>Send your aplication\u00a0by <strong>15th January 2025<\/strong>.
