In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and Customer acquisition. Your main objective will be to drive growth by opening new accounts and managing the accounts opened, for which you will receive a fixed commission per account.<\/p>\n<p id=\"0169\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">This role is ideal for someone passionate about fintech, has a knack for sales, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You will work closely with the Growth Lead and the growth team to align on strategies and maximize opportunities.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"6683\">Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li id=\"eb06\">\u00b7 Acquisition of new clients in targeted markets<\/li>\n<li id=\"3021\">\u00b7 Training of clients (Refresher\/ New Training) and creating product awareness.<\/li>\n<li id=\"1326\">\u00b7 Product support to the acquired clients<\/li>\n<li id=\"5c91\">\u00b7 Monitoring of client\u2019s performance on the product sold customer service and complaint handling<\/li>\n<li id=\"ec0f\">\u00b7 Be a Lemonade Brand ambassador in the Market<\/li>\n<li id=\"b7ca\">\u00b7 Handle Customer Queries on site<\/li>\n<li id=\"e653\">\u00b7 Branding and Visibility of the Acquired Outlets<\/li>\n<li id=\"d5aa\">\u00b7 Competitor Analysis<\/li>\n<li id=\"cc1b\">\u00b7 Each brand Ambassador will tailor their target towards the DSA target during the MIT\/Market activation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"42cf\">Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li id=\"4428\">\u00b7 Diploma\/ Certificate in Sales and Marketing<\/li>\n<li id=\"15bb\">\u00b7 Experience in field Sales is an Added advantage<\/li>\n<li id=\"d352\">\u00b7 Proven experience in sales and within fintech, insurance or financial services and Telecoms<\/li>\n<li id=\"a1ee\">\u00b7 Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.<\/li>\n<li id=\"ffe8\">\u00b7 Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.<\/li>\n<li id=\"bcf1\">\u00b7 Excellent time management and organisational skills.<\/li>\n<li id=\"cfcf\">\u00b7 Familiarity with fintech products and services is a plus.<\/li>\n<li id=\"4869\">\u00b7 Must have a smartphone for conducting business activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 id=\"d21d\">Compensation<\/h4>\n<p id=\"4a15\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">This is a commission-based role with no fixed salary.
