Planning of Office accommodation and layout;<br \/>\nii. Facilitating transport and travelling services;<br \/>\niii. Maintaining and updating furniture and office equipment inventory;<br \/>\niv. Ensuring payment of utilities bills;<br \/>\nv. Facilitating movement of assets;<br \/>\nvi. Facilitating general maintenance of buildings and furniture;<br \/>\nvii. Facilitating logistics for meetings, conferences and other special events;<br \/>\nviii. Collecting and collating data on developmental activities; and<br \/>\nix. Providing input in organizing public participation awareness.<\/p>\n<h4>b) Requirements for Appointment<\/h4>\n<p>For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have: -<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">i. Diploma in any of the following disciplines; Public Administration, Business Administration\/Management, Community Development or any other Social Science from a recognized institution; and<br \/>\nii.
