Content Creation &amp; Scheduling:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and create engaging social media content (graphics, videos, reels, captions, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Assist in planning and scheduling posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Research and curate relevant industry trends and user-generated content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Community Engagement:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.<\/li>\n<li>Engage with followers, influencers, and relevant communities to build relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct interactive activities like polls, Q&amp;A sessions, and contests to boost engagement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Analytics &amp; Reporting:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Track key social media metrics (reach, engagement, followers, etc.) and provide insights.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare weekly\/monthly reports on social media performance and suggest improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4. Collaboration &amp; Strategy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with the internal team to develop creative campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in influencer outreach and partnerships to expand reach.<\/li>\n<li>Brainstorm new ideas to enhance brand awareness and audience interaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or video editing software is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Self-driven, creative thinker, and able to work independently.<\/li>\n<li>Organized with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>NB:<\/strong> This is an <strong>unpaid, remote internship<\/strong> ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain real-world experience in Digital Social Media Marketing.
