Job Summary<\/h4>\n

As a Risk Graduate Trainee, you will support our risk management operations by assisting in the identification, analysis, and mitigation of risks. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who have an Engineering education background, detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and are eager to develop professionally in a dynamic team environment.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Assist in the development and implementation of risk assessment models and tools.<\/li>\n
  • Assisting clients with business and internal risk management and control framework, identifying shortcomings and areas for improvement, and making recommendations that add value to the risk management function.<\/li>\n
  • Conduct risk evaluations to understand risk exposures and make recommendations for mitigating risks.<\/li>\n
  • Analyse large sets of data to identify trends and potential risk areas.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare reports and presentations that communicate risk analysis findings to senior management.<\/li>\n
  • Support and provide research insights on changing regulations in areas of risk management, governance, and regulatory obligations<\/li>\n
  • Plan, support and execute a risk management related projects with clients to deliver beneficial outcomes as their trusted risk and compliance partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering having graduated in 2024 or set to in 2025.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Keen interest in insurance industry<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex structural engineering concepts.<\/li>\n
