You will see these values embedded\u00a0 in our office space, our activities, and our evaluation system to ensure that as our organization grows, our team stays authentic to the Fresh Life culture.<\/p>\n<h4>About the Program<\/h4>\n<p>This is a 1 year graduate programme that aims to equip graduates with work-ready skills, more specifically those that are typical to our sanitation impact work in informal settlements. Applicants can expect to be a key player in supporting change initiatives and L&amp;D activities to enhance organizational performance and employee growth.<\/p>\n<h4>What do we offer in this specific role?<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Engaging environment \u2013 Fresh Life provides meaningful, engaging, and challenging work that propels you to sharpen your skills<\/li>\n<li>You will be surrounded by more than 300 teammates who are innovative, passionate and Results-driven.<\/li>\n<li>You will tackle some of the most pressing challenges of our time as we build healthy, prosperous communities in Kenya and African cities.<\/li>\n<li>Growth opportunity: You will have opportunities to advance your technical and leadership skills.<\/li>\n<li>You will leverage your current strengths and be challenged to develop new skills.<\/li>\n<li>You will be assigned real work that includes problem solving and continuous process improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Key Duties and Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support in developing and implementing change management initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to creating and delivering L&amp;D programs.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with supervisors and teams to drive culture transformation.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in identifying and nurturing learning opportunities within the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Assist teams and leaders in understanding, adopting, and integrating new behaviors and skills that align with organizational goals and strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Required Skills and Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in BCom-HR option, Communication, or any Social Science field.<\/li>\n<li>Applicants must have graduated within the last 3 years.<\/li>\n<li>6 months - 1 year\u2019s experience in active internship engagements or business ventures is desired.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Ms Office and G-Suite. Candidates with above average excel skills will have an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated proactivity and ability to take up leadership roles in forums that build our society outside the typical education system. E.g.
