Job Description<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Contacting line flight carriers for rates, schedules, capacity, and equipment.<\/li>\n
  • Communicating with shippers and consignees about the airline rates, capacity, equipment, and handling charges.<\/li>\n
  • Checking with operations the shipment delivery status, plant health inspection, and QC status.<\/li>\n
  • Ensuring all shipments fly as initially booked by the customer. I.e., ULD utilization, etc.<\/li>\n
  • Taking all necessary steps to ensure a smooth cargo operation and keeping up-to-date with new developments.<\/li>\n
  • Updates the ETA\/ETD in the systems and communicates this to the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • \u201cO\u201d Level (KCSE C+).<\/li>\n
    • Diploma in any relevant commercial course\/aviation course (preferably IATA Forwarding).<\/li>\n
