Graduate Trainee \u2013 Emergency Rescue Services<\/strong><\/p>\n

Reporting to<\/strong>: Head of Emergency Rescue and Training Services
\nLocation<\/strong>: Nairobi<\/p>\n

Role Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n

To support the Emergency Rescue and Training Centre in administrative and coordination functions, contributing to efficient training service delivery.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Handle training-related inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions for individuals and corporate clients.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation.<\/li>\n
  • Assist in preparing training materials and logistics.<\/li>\n
  • Track training schedules, attendance, and certification records.<\/li>\n
  • Liaise with trainers and clients to ensure seamless training execution.<\/li>\n
  • Provide general administrative support to the Rescue and Training Centre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications and Skills:<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Recent graduate in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.<\/li>\n
    • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.<\/li>\n
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).<\/li>\n
