i. Preparing preliminary drawings;
\nii. Reading and interpreting engineering drawings in relations to the architect\u2019s sketches and incorporating these details in the preliminary drawings; and
\niii. Maintaining accurate project documentations including drawings, reports and correspondences.<\/p>\n
b) Requirements for Appointment<\/h4>\n
For direct appointment to this grade, a candidate must: -<\/p>\n
i. Be in possession of a Diploma or Technician Certificate part III in any of the following disciplines; Building Engineering, Civil\/Structural Engineering, Building Construction, Architecture or its equivalent and relevant qualifications from a recognized institution; and
\nii. Be computer literate.<\/p>\n
