RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h3>\n

  1. Customer Engagement<\/strong>: Provide accurate and timely information to assist customers throughout the purchasing process<\/li>\n
  2. Order Processing<\/strong>: Keep customers informed about the status of their orders, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.<\/li>\n
  3. Issue Resolution<\/strong>: Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.<\/li>\n
  4. Product Knowledge<\/strong>: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings to provide informed recommendations<\/li>\n
  5. Sales Support<\/strong>: Respond to requests for quotations and provide necessary information to facilitate sales<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. At least a B- Minus in KCSE\/ High school.<\/li>\n
    2. At least a college certificate\/ diploma.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS<\/h4>\n
        \n
      1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.<\/li>\n
      2. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.<\/li>\n
      3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n
      4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.<\/li>\n
      5. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.<\/li>\n
      6. High level of integrity and professionalism in handling customer interactions and sensitive information.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
