Introduction to Aspire Future Leaders Programme<\/span><\/h4>\n

Aspire Future Leaders Programme is a fast-track\u00a0eighteen months\u00a0job rotation, which serves as a catalyst for career development.\u00a0 It is designed to offer core professional skills through project-based learning, mentorship and exposure to processes and systems.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The components of the\u00a0programme have been weaved together such that our trainees emerge\u00a0with valuable insights, the 'know-how' to deliver, and confidence to make meaningful decisions pertaining to their future careers.<\/span><\/p>\n

The programme includes global exposure, mentorship, leadership networking opportunities and customized learning and development opportunities.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We invite applicants from\u00a0Kenya and Uganda\u00a0to join this exciting program, offering a clear career pathway for growth and development.<\/span><\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/span><\/h3>\n

The rotation programme will help\u00a0to gain functional expertise. They will be working on assigned projects in their departments of rotation. These may include:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Reviewing global HR processes and systems to identify business needs for developing and managing human capital.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Facilitating executive search by conducting market research, talent mapping and industry analysis to identify potential candidates.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Learning data analytics strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality to leverage past trends and behaviors for making better future decisions.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Managing global engagements by onboarding and orienting incoming international interns, coordinating their onsite experience, supporting their professional development curriculum, managing social media channels, and maintaining programme databases and reports.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Eligible students must have recently completed Bachelor\u2019s degree, preferably ongoing Master programme<\/li>\n
    • Applicants must demonstrate strong academic performance.<\/li>\n
    • Applicants must be residing or have permission to work in the country of application<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
