This is a unique opportunity for a passionate and ambitious individual with a background in Human Resource Management to grow their career in a fast-paced and supportive environment.<\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will <strong>work remotely<\/strong> and submit weekly progress reports, while gaining real-world HR experience and exposure to client-facing tasks. This internship is designed to lead into a full-time position after three months based on performance.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n<p>\u2022 Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, shortlisting and candidate communication.<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records.<br \/>\n\u2022 Draft and edit HR documents including job adverts, interview invites and feedback forms.<br \/>\n\u2022 Participate in virtual meetings and support HR strategy planning.<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare weekly reports on HR activities and recruitment progress.<br \/>\n\u2022 Communicate effectively with clients and candidates as required.<\/p>\n<h3>Ideal Candidate Profile:<\/h3>\n<p>\u2022 A diploma or degree in <strong>Human Resource Management<\/strong> or related field.<br \/>\n\u2022 <strong>Little to no prior experience required<\/strong> - we are looking for someone eager to learn and grow.<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent <strong>written and spoken English <\/strong>communication skills - clear, professional and engaging.<br \/>\n\u2022 A vibrant personality with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.<br \/>\n\u2022 Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks within <strong>tight deadlines.<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.<br \/>\n\u2022 Access to a computer\/laptop and stable internet connection.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What We Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 A monthly <strong>stipend of Ksh. 15,000<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 <strong>Attractive commissions<\/strong> based on performance and contribution<br \/>\n\u2022 Mentorship and hands-on experience from a seasoned HR team<br \/>\n\u2022 A real chance to <strong>transition into full-time employment<\/strong> after the internship<br \/>\n\u2022 Flexible <strong>remote working arrangement<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":797418,"template":"","meta":{"_seopress_robots_primary_cat":"","_seopress_titles_title":"","_seopress_titles_desc":"","_seopress_robots_index":"","_promoted":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_job_salary_unit":"","_job_how_to_apply":"<p>If you meet the qualifications, send your <strong>CV ONLY<\/strong>.
