DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h3>\n

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR department.<\/li>\n
  • Support in recruitment activities including posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.<\/li>\n
  • Help maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date and filed correctly.<\/li>\n
  • Assist with onboarding and induction processes for new hires.<\/li>\n
  • Participate in organizing training sessions and HR events.<\/li>\n
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.<\/li>\n
  • Support in updating HR databases and compiling reports as needed.<\/li>\n
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.<\/li>\n
  • Any other HR-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    KEY REQUIREMENTS - SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Degree in Human Resource Management or related field<\/li>\n
    • At least 3\u20136 months of prior attachment\/internship experience in an HR department<\/li>\n
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work under minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks effectively<\/li>\n
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)<\/li>\n
    • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality<\/li>\n
