We seek a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic Customer Service Attendant team.<\/p>\n

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient and safe fuel dispensing services, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting smooth operations at our fuel station.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Dispense fuel accurately and safely to customers.<\/li>\n
  2. Meet sales targets for fuels and lubricants.<\/li>\n
  3. Process cash and card payments via the POS system.<\/li>\n
  4. Greet and assist customers courteously.<\/li>\n
  5. Maintain cleanliness and safety of the fuelling area.<\/li>\n
  6. Check vehicle fluid levels and clean windshields upon request.<\/li>\n
  7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Qualifications and Skills:<\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. Minimum O-level KCSE with relevant certificates<\/li>\n
    2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.<\/li>\n
    3. Basic math skills to handle cash transactions.<\/li>\n
    4. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.<\/li>\n
    5. Keen attention to detail and safety awareness.<\/li>\n
    6.
