This internship offers real, hands-on exposure to commercial operations in a fast-moving consumer goods environment \u2014 working alongside experienced trade teams to shape how our brands reach the market.<\/p>\n<h4>What will you do:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Support the implementation of the Trade Marketing &amp; Distribution plan to achieve volume, value share, and numeric and weighted distribution targets for our Drive Brands.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in achieving trade coverage, visit frequency, and outlet visit plans to maximise route effectiveness and efficiency across assigned territories.<\/li>\n<li>Help build and sustain close working relationships with distributors, trade partners, and retailers to earn high levels of trade support, loyalty, and market insight.<\/li>\n<li>Support delivery of territory volume and distribution objectives by trade channel and outlet type, ensuring brand availability is maximised in line with market strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to optimal stock management \u2014 monitoring levels, product quality and freshness, and reporting on supply chain issues to minimise Out of Stock occurrences.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Requirements:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>A degree in Commerce or a related field, awarded within the last 1 year.
