We are active in waste collection, sorting, recycling and composting. We support our customers in achieving their recycling goals while also working with them on data insights and regulatory compliance issues.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose of the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The store intern at TakaTaka Solutions Limited will support the day-to-day operations of the company store, including inventory tracking, material issuance, and documentation. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual seeking hands-on experience in store management, inventory systems, and operational logistics in a fast-paced waste management environment.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Inventory Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with daily inventory checks and update records under supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Help maintain proper stock arrangement and labeling.<\/li>\n<li>Support the documentation of received and issued materials in the ERP system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Distribution Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Help prepare requested materials for internal departments.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure delivery notes are signed and properly filed.<\/li>\n<li>Work with drivers and loaders to organize store deliveries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Data and Documentation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Input data into store records and assist in preparing basic inventory reports.<\/li>\n<li>Help reconcile physical stock with ERP records during periodic stock takes.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in generating inventory projection reports and store requisitions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>General Store Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Keep the store clean, safe, and well-organized.<\/li>\n<li>Learn and apply best practices in FIFO and 5S inventory systems.<\/li>\n<li>Support compliance with company store policies and safety guidelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Education &amp; Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum KCSE Grade B and above.<\/li>\n<li>Ongoing or completed diploma\/degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Certification in inventory management is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp;
