About This Job:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.<\/span><\/p>\n

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competent,\u00a0skilled, and experienced\u00a0General Clerk\u00a0to work in\u00a0Nairobi, Kenya<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Perform order picking from various customers while following the SLA defined Metrics.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure on time picking and shipping of customers\u2019 orders without errors.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure parts are binned correctly as guided by the operations procedures and in compliance with the client\u2019s standards.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure zero incidences\/accidents by always ensuring 100% compliance with the health and safety policies and timely reporting of any incidences\/injuries on duty\/near misses to the warehouse coordinator<\/li>\n
  • 100% participation in the 5S implementation and sustenance.<\/li>\n
  • 100% compliance with the housekeeping standards and SOPs.<\/li>\n
  • Any other duties assigned as per the SLA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • At least 2 years\u2019 experience in a warehouse set up<\/li>\n
    • Experience in spare parts management is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Skills & Competencies<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Diploma in Supply chain management<\/li>\n
      • B+ or above in KCSE<\/li>\n
      • Good verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n
      • Detail oriented and well organized<\/li>\n
      • Simple mathematical and analytical skills<\/li>\n
      • Critical thinking and ability to learn<\/li>\n
      • Time management skills<\/li>\n
