Kitengela International Schools is seeking a dynamic, creative, and tech-savvy Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. If you're passionate about content creation and enjoy working in a fast-paced educational environment, we want to hear from you!<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Create engaging content across various platforms, including:<\/li>\n
  • Videography <\/strong>\u2013 filming, editing, and producing captivating videos (e.g. reels, school highlights, interviews).<\/li>\n
  • Photography <\/strong>\u2013 capturing key moments during school events and daily activities.<\/li>\n
  • Graphic Design <\/strong>\u2013 designing posters, flyers, banners, and digital assets using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.
    \nSocial Media Management <\/strong>\u2013 scheduling posts, engaging with audiences, and growing our online presence.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure timely coverage of school events, including sports days, music festivals, open days, and graduations.<\/li>\n
  • Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns and reels to boost brand visibility.<\/li>\n
  • Attend external marketing events, expos, and exhibitions to promote the school and engage with prospective families.<\/li>\n
  • Process and follow up on school admission inquiries in coordination with the admissions team.<\/li>\n
  • Support the Business Development Manager (BDM) in executing marketing strategies and any other assigned tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications & Skills:<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related field.<\/li>\n
    • At least 2 years of relevant work experience<\/li>\n
    • Proven experience in content creation, with a strong portfolio in videography and photography.<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn) and scheduling tools.<\/li>\n
    • Graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent software.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n
    • Highly organized, creative thinker, and able to multitask effectively.<\/li>\n
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends for school events when necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
