Meru University Of Science and Technology (MUST) is a state owned University established by the Government of Kenya under the Universities Act 2012. The University is located in Meru County, along the Meru-Maua road.<\/p>\n

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT I<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0\u00a0 GRADE 8<\/strong><\/p>\n

Applicants are invited for the post of Administrative Assistant\u00a0\u00a0\u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Grade 8<\/p>\n

Applicants must have:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Bachelor\u2019s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Social sciences or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.<\/li>\n
  2. Must be registered with recognized professional body (where applicable).<\/li>\n
  3. Must be Computer literate.<\/li>\n
  4. Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              1. On the Menu\/Navigation bar (On the Left Hand side), Click on Vacancies to view available\/open vacancies<\/li>\r\n\t
              2. A list of all open vacancies should populate on the page. Click on the View position button to view more details of the vacancy.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

                d.) Applicant Profile<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

                  1. On the Menu\/Navigation bar (On the Left Hand side), Click on Applicant Profile to edit and update your details. (Personal Details, Education Background, Employment\/ Employment history among others).<\/li>\r\n\t
                  2. Be sure to provide accurate information and follow through the prompts to complete editing your profile.<\/li>\r\n\t
                  3. After successful updating of the applicant profile, the system will provide you with a Summarized PDF version of Summary of the \u201cApplicant Profile\u201d<\/li>\r\n\t
                  4. After submission of the updated profile, the system will redirect you to the vacancies page.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n
