Our client, a Leading Chemical and Hygiene Solutions Provider, is looking to recruit and fill a Position of\u00a0Customer Service Assistant<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Key Role<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern who will Accurately & effectively Support Export Logistics Process.<\/p>\n

Duties and Responsibilities<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Prepare the proforma Invoices and send to customers.<\/li>\n
  • Raising commercial invoices & packing lists and share with the customs agent for processing the export documents.<\/li>\n
  • Follow up on customs duties and taxes for export\/import to E.A branches.<\/li>\n
  • Order entry & Invoicing in the ERP<\/li>\n
  • Raising Insurance Cover for export shipments & share with the insurance broker.<\/li>\n
  • Liaising with contracted transporters on positioning of the export trucks once the goods are ready for dispatch.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure all export shipments are loaded as per the documents in full.<\/li>\n
  • Liaise with the Warehouse on any outstanding deliveries or delays during loading and advise the customers on the expected time of delivery.<\/li>\n
  • Follow up with supply chain on Not In Stock products and give feedback to the team when it will be availed.<\/li>\n
  • Follow & track back orders for the short-shipped products and update on any pending issues for invoicing.<\/li>\n
  • Credit Note requisition & follow up.<\/li>\n
  • Raising FOC\/FOL invoices for export requests<\/li>\n
  • To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Company from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    General skills and competency<\/h3>\n

    • Strong organizational and documentation skills.<\/li>\n
    • Willingness to learn and take initiative.<\/li>\n
    • Detail-oriented and reliable.<\/li>\n
    • Professional conduct and respect for confidentiality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Qualifications and Experience<\/h4>\n
        \n
      • Degree\/Diploma in BCom, Business management\/Supply Chain, procurement, Customer service.<\/li>\n
      • Computer knowledge skills necessary \/knowledge of ERP.<\/li>\n
      • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a similar position.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Recent graduate or final-year student eligible for industrial attachment.<\/li>\n
        • Strong interest in EHS compliance, sustainability, or regulatory affairs.<\/li>\n
        • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Language<\/strong><\/p>\n
