Our team has over 45 years of expertise in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL)<\/li>\n<li>Strategy and Policy<\/li>\n<li>eLearning\/Capacity Development\/Training<\/li>\n<li>Quality Assurance and Accreditation<\/li>\n<li>Organizational Optimization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>By leveraging global best practices within local contexts and prioritizing quality, access, and value; we drive sustainable impact and long-term success, as well as deliver innovative, tailored solutions, for our global clients.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role: Junior Analyst | Remote<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Altamont Group is seeking an efficient, detail-oriented Junior Analyst to support our Executive and Consulting teams with the aim of articulating Altamont Group\u2019s value to win new business<\/p>\n<p>The Junior Analyst will support the executive and project teams by conducting research, analysing data, and contributing to client deliverables.<\/p>\n<p>This role involves hands-on analytical and research work to help our project teams deliver insights that drive business decisions, typically focusing on data-driven\/evidence-based problem-solving<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is energetic, motivated, and persistent with robust research and analysis skills<\/p>\n<h3>Areas of Responsibilities and Deliverables:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Build best-in-class deliverables, including research reports, presentations, and articles<\/li>\n<li>Prepare a variety of documents for internal and external audiences<\/li>\n<li>Research market conditions specific to area of focus to determine opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Gather, analyse, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and provide actionable insights<\/li>\n<li>Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to support project objectives, including formulating and testing hypotheses<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports, presentations, articles, graphics, videos, emails, communication docs, and other deliverables to communicate findings clearly to clients and internal teams<\/li>\n<li>Support project teams to evaluate results, generate recommendations, and assist in client interactions or strategic planning<\/li>\n<li>Build and update data models, reports, and analytics tools to structure information effectively<\/li>\n<li>Support project teams in understanding client strategic issues and ensuring compliance with regulations or best practices where applicable<\/li>\n<li>Support project teams with developing deliverables as required<\/li>\n<li>Business Development Support<\/li>\n<li>Develop proposals<\/li>\n<li>Maintain content library and other supporting documents<\/li>\n<li>Develop training emails<\/li>\n<li>Support with social media tasks<\/li>\n<li>Develop collateral to update website<\/li>\n<li>Research, write, and organize information in a professional and credible manner<\/li>\n<li>Handle day-to-day report generation, enabling the consulting and business development teams to produce results more quickly for key clients<\/li>\n<li>Support with other areas as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Required Skills and Experiences<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors (required); Masters (preferred) in business, economics, data analytics, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent writing, organizational, communication and planning skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, or data visualization software (e.g., Tableau)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills for preparing client-facing materials and collaborating in team environments<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to learn and adapt as well as produce high quality work under tight deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently with proactive time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong organization and multi-tasking skills required, with attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Flexible attitude toward receiving feedback<\/li>\n<li>Computer skills, including MS Office, SharePoint<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in western English (written and spoken)<\/li>\n<li>Must have your own laptop\/desktop and access to a robust internet network<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":819148,"template":"","meta":{"_seopress_robots_primary_cat":"","_seopress_titles_title":"","_seopress_titles_desc":"","_seopress_robots_index":"","_promoted":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_job_salary_unit":"","_job_how_to_apply":"<p><strong>Interested in this REMOTE role?
